CGLA were engaged to design the landscape for this 192 lot subdivision in Rolleston. Amenity street planting, open green spaces, reserves and a green buffer with distinctive mounding between the subdivision and the highway were also part of the project design. The project was very successful and sold out rapidly. CGLA successfully oversaw the the maintenance and construction of the project which was completed in September 2017, when the site was handed over to Selwyn District Council.
