Located at the upper part of the Westmorland subdivision the design brief for Westmorland involved a NZ native theme and included a playground, native revegetation areas, stormwater basin and use of local stone and chunky macrocarpa fences to create a rural aesthetic. The first two stages have been handed over to CCC and a third stage is due for completion in 2020.
