Our role was to provide an audit for Environment Canterbury to assess the landscape and visual impacts of intensified farming and associated irrigation schemes for the Mackenzie and upper Waitaki Districts. This required covering an area containing around 65 consents for irrigation and to ascertain what areas were appropriate and what mitigation measures would be required.
